A little about this project

We’re proud to have an ongoing relationship with the owners at Wingham that has seen us return time and time again to meet their briefs for new and exciting play equipment for their visitors to enjoy.

We’ve built and installed an extensive system of towers, tunnels and slides that make up the huge exploration play zone, a massive castle themed climbing structure, a mini golf course and some individual bespoke play pieces, created to fit the theme of the park.

Our favourite piece is probably the safari jeep, which we created from a rough sketch of an idea from the park’s owners. Our designers developed on the idea and our craftsmen used these to build a life size sit-on jeep in our workshop, which now resides in the dinosaur zone of the park and is being driven by many intrepid adventurers!

As the park continues to grow in size and popularity, as one of Kent’s top family attractions, we look forward to the next mission!

We had ideas of what the play area would look like but Everyday Play went beyond our expectations. They shared a detailed visual drawing of the fully bespoke area with us and after a couple of alterations, it was agreed and the design came to life. At Sussex Road School we strive to develop bespoke outdoor environments on a fairly small site. The Everyday Play team have been working closely with us, using their knowledge and skills to safely interpret our somewhat fanciful suggestions, and create imaginative solutions in keeping with the ethos of the school.
