A little about this project

The team at More Park got in touch because they wanted a replacement piece for the corner of their setting, to make it a usable performance space for outdoor activities. They shared their budget, collected through fundraising and we set to work on planning to maximise this with a multi-tiered elevated platform. Our initial sketches surprised the team in that their budget would stretch to something as large as this! Our workshop team cut and planed each of the components for our installation teams to bring to use in constructing this beast of a showpiece! Best of all, we were joined by some little helpers who were more than keen to learn about each of the tools we were using, and to play their part in delivering this new piece of equipment, for students old and new!

We had ideas of what the play area would look like but Everyday Play went beyond our expectations. They shared a detailed visual drawing of the fully bespoke area with us and after a couple of alterations, it was agreed and the design came to life. At Sussex Road School we strive to develop bespoke outdoor environments on a fairly small site.
